When translating large documents (5 pages and more) the cost is calculated per word. We use software that counts words in PDF, JPG, PNG. For large volumes we offer discounted rates.

You will receive a certified, (notarization will be provided upon request) well balanced, clearly understandable and linguistically correct translation that resembles the style and format of the original document.

How long does it take for the translation to be finished?
In general, translation of up to 3 pages can take between 24 and 48 hours. However, we offer urgent translation service that can take less than 24 hours. When sending your document for quotation, we will tell you the exact time when the translation of your document will be ready.
For how long do you keep the translations on file?
In general, we keep the translations on file for a period of 3 years. If you will need during that time an additional copy of your translation, we can provide that for a fee of a new certification. If you wish, we can delete the files from our system.
What is the information required?
When you send us an email with your document we will need the following information (we do not need your originals):
- The document for translation
- How soon the translation is needed
- The correct spelling of the names that appear in the document
- Telephone number
- Let us know if you need notarization or conversion of currency
- If you need the originals: Your mailing address
What are the methods of payment?
To place the order we need to get the payment in advance. Payment can be done in the following manner:
- PayPal
- Credit / Debit Card
- Transfer with Zelle
- Pay over the phone
If the payment is not done under your name, please send us a note to let us know that the payment was processed.
What does the quote include?
In the quote we will tell you:
- The total cost for the translation of your document
- The cost for other optional services: Notarization, conversion of currency and mailing
- When the translation will be ready
- How you will receive the translation
Translation and certification
Once you place the order, a professional translator skilled in the specific subject of your document will translate the document. As soon as the translation is done, a second translator will proofread the translation to ensure that nothing is missing and that the translation is accurate. To the completed translation we will add an affidavit of accuracy which then turns this translation into a certified translation.

When you order a translation we can sign a Non Disclosure Agreement with you. All translations are treated as confidential, and we undertake to keep all information that we learn within the scope of our work with your documents in the strictest confidence.
Guarantee only applies to USCIS, employers and university records evaluation/review boards. If your translation is for a state, county or city office (especially DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles)), or for an individual college or university please contact them first to ensure that they will accept a translation that is certified and notarized in the State of Florida.
