Four easy steps to get a Translation

Send us your document

Scan the documents that you want to translate and e-mail them to us. No scanner - No problem! You can use your smartphone to upload a high-resolution picture of your documents, or you can fax the documents to us to: 407-479-3148. [Cover sheet]

Payment is done in advance. We accept secure payments via PayPal. There is no need to have a PayPal account. We will e-mail you a link to process payment through PayPal. There is no need to have a PayPal account. You can pay with a credit card of your choice.

Translation and Certification

The translation is done by a professional translator with background experience in the content of your document. When its ready, our editors review it for accuracy correcting terminology and formatting.

Receiving your translation

Once the translation is ready, we will e-mail the certified translation to you as a PDF file. Some institutions accept a printed certified translation. If you need the originals we mail the signed and stamped originals to you.

A certified translation is a translation of a documents that includes a Certificate of Accuracy signed by the translator attesting to the accuracy of the translation, while mentioning his/her credentials and qualifications to translate your document. The Certificate of Accuracy bears our stamps and our signatures. It is placed in our letterhead. Most of the time it is a mirror image of the original document. Some documents are translated word for word.

Yes. Most of our certified translations include a notary signature. The notary signature is from the State of Florida and is accepted in the entire United States, Canada and some European countries.
